Group Class – There are weekly regular classes which you can join 1 class a week for £55 for 4 weeks block.  If you can’t make it to your class then you can cancel the class and you will be given a credit to catch up another class. There is also an option if you only just want to buy a monthly 4 week course for £55. 1 off Trial session for £18 are also available.

 Private Mat session – £65 per session. There is an option to buy sessions in Blocks to get a discount. For example block of 4 sessions – £240 and Block of 6 sessions – £306

Private Studio session including  Mat, small equipment, Reformer and Cadillac – £80 per session. Discount is available if you buy in blocks. Block of 4 sessions – £285 and block of 6 – £382.50
